Welcome to the Kentucky Product Evaluation List (KYPEL) web site. This is where product representatives may apply for evaluation of their new products and where interested parties can review the recommendations and lessons learned by KY Dept. of Highways employees. It is hoped that this system will provide an unbiased warehouse of information for Cabinet officials to use when trying to select an appropriate new product for a specific application.
